He gives some examples of very large companies such as Expedia.com, Hotels.com, Cars.com, Airbnb, Uber, that are connecting people with products and making billions of dollars. People are the most important part of your business. Getting people to view your content online and take your recommendations of products seriously it’s gonna transform your life.
There are two methods of getting people into your business and view your product recommendations. One of the two methods is promotion: You can pay for ads online. The other way to get people to view your product recommendations and make commissions, is attracting them to it. And there are four main methods of attracting people into your online business: Google, YouTube, Facebook and email.

The first method is to sell ads, so every time somebody visits your website you can make a little bit of money. The main place you can sell ads is Google AdSense. Other alternatives to Google AdSense are: Bidvertiser, Chitika, Tribal Fusion, etc. Now, this is not what we’re interested in, because we are not interested in making a little bit of money.
Another way to make money online is from your content or the stuff you’re posting online, by recommending products and get paid. One example is Amazon, Amazon affiliate program. From anything that is on Amazon, you can make money by recommending to other people. Whether it’s movies, digital cameras, a book, a TV show or just a baby diaper, you can make money recommending it to other people. Anything that’s on eBay or Walmart you can recommend to other people and make commissions. This is one of the best ways to make money as an affiliate marketer.
There’s a third way to make even more money online for your online business called CPA (Cost Per Action) marketing. Here is an example: you can get paid $52.50 just for selling a $5 water bottle. There are companies out there that are in growth stages and they’re willing to pay more money than they’re even making to get people to try their products.
